Quiet Isle: Focus Timer — Privacy and Support.
What the app stores
Your sessions, sunlight, island progress, settings and any daily intention you write stay only on your device. We have no server, no account, and no way to see or recover them.
What leaves your device
Only the purchase. If you buy or restore Quiet Isle Premium, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) processes the payment, and RevenueCat, our purchase service, checks it under an anonymous app user ID. RevenueCat keeps a record of that purchase (purchase history, not linked to your identity) so the app can restore it. Nothing else is sent: no analytics, no crash reports, no advertising, no tracking.
What the app does not do
Quiet Isle does not measure your total screen time or claim to reduce phone addiction. It only records the sessions you start yourself.
Notifications
The optional reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push service is used.
Deleting your data
Settings → Erase all data removes everything stored on your phone; deleting the app does the same. To delete the purchase record RevenueCat holds for this app's anonymous ID, email suleyman@craftmindco.com and we delete it. Erasing data in the app does not remove your purchase; Restore brings it back.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
