Can you recover my habits?
No. Your data is stored only on your device, and we cannot see or recover it. It may be included in your own device backup (iCloud or Google), which your platform controls.
How do I export or reset my data?
You can export everything as JSON text through the share sheet or reset all data in Settings at any time.
Why does the app ask for notification permission?
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The app asks for permission only when you turn reminders on.
